2-18-2.22重要事項宣布

１　跨國視迅會議延期至3月6日（週四）下午五點半開始。集會地點：二樓會議室。

２　給九年級同學：
　　Ａ.即日起不必練歌與參與任何視訊會議後製事項 ，另外為顧及九年級同學專心準備基測考試緣故，所有九年級IEARN相關活動於3月6日"正式結案"。
　Ｂ.由於3月6日會議中仍有九年級對話部份，因此請儘快擬出一分鐘講稿。

３　七，八年級同學本週中午請帶著便當每天準時報到，為３月６日相關活動提前做好準備。　　並請擬好一分鐘講稿，另外Show Taiwan請快快交出。


擬稿部分

A：
八年級負責部分-Ten Hong Dao students show their achievement on “Voyage project”.（1person / 1 minute）

九年級部分-Ten Hong Dao students share their “Voluntary Work” Reflections（1person / 1 minute）

七年級- Ten Hong Dao students share their most impressive experience of being volunteers. （1person / 1 minutes）


B：
Taiwan and U.K. students and teachers ask and answer the questions. （15分鐘）


４ 每人回家下載歌曲 熟記歌詞 。自２/２５日起 中午活動練歌部分由Hugo負責統籌 Jonathon協助。

５ 　本活動個人大頭照後製事宜由Christopher負責 ，Joanne Helen Sophie Lynn Jonaton 協助製作。

６　 視訊會議活動美宣部分由Emily與Vivian統籌規劃。
